β Shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs

π Replacement Policy
We offer replacements in the following situations:

β If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must provide clear photo or video evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

β Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
2οΈβ£ Incorrect Item Received
β If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
β Provide photos of the incorrect item and your order confirmation.
β We will ship the correct item to you at no additional charge.
3οΈβ£ Lost Packages (Carrier Confirms Non-Delivery)
β If your package is lost in transit and the shipping carrier confirms non-delivery, we will send a replacement at no extra charge.
β Lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement.

π Return Shipping for Replacements
- If your replacement is approved, we will ship the new item at no extra cost.
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the original item before sending a replacement.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise specified.

β We do not replace items for buyerβs remorse or misuse.
β We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered".
β We do not replace items without sufficient photo/video evidence.
